About Pilates Evolved
Stronger, more flexible everyday
The team at Physio Evolved have been offering pilates as a core part of rehab and prehab offering for over 10 years.
We opened the Pilates Studio so more people could experience our pilates classes. Just like our parent clinic, Pilates Evolved is supported by trained physiotherapists who take a holistic approach to movement, the human body, strength, balance and flexibility.
History
Physio Evolved was created by Stu and Kate Bryce in 2009 following their return from the UK.
While overseas, Kate developed a passion for treating the body as an interconnected whole. This philosophy runs across both Physio Evolved and Pilates Evolved today; both the clinic and the studio are led by whole of body health.
Kate is the lead Physio and Clinic Director. Stu is the commercial lead for the business.
